The final Step is the verification of mould set and accessories that has been manufactured.
The inspection of the key dimensions is made through a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Volumetric control is made through a special machine on every mould and blank for the following processes: P&B and NNP&B everything is verifiable to the clients requirements. Within the delivery of supplies are included copies of technical drawings, chemical composition of materials, conformity of the thermal treatment, certificates of conformity and the delivery documents.
