What data the company collects and processing methods
In the course of its business, Strada S.r.l., hereinafter also referred to as Strada, processes the following categories of data:
3.1 Data voluntarily provided by the data subject
Data optionally and freely provided by the data subject by sending e-mail to the addresses listed on the website may be acquired for the purposes indicated from time to time. In particular, in addition to the e-mail address required to reply to the sender, any other personal data contained in the relevant communication will be processed. Such data will be retained and processed exclusively for correspondence archiving purposes and will not be used for any other purposes.
3.2 Browsing data and environmental variables
The computer systems and procedures responsible for the operation of the website automatically acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data relating to the browsing activity of the data subject, including environmental variables. This category of data includes, by way of example:
- the IP addresses of the computers used by visitors, anonymised with the last two digits converted to "X";
- the number of visits;
- the pages viewed;
- the date and time of access;
- the URL of the referring website, if any;
- the type of browser used;
- the operating system used.

In this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller.
With regard to data voluntarily provided via e-mail, the processing of personal data enables the Controller to respond to requests from data subjects. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to data subjects.

On this website, the Controller does not carry out automated decision-making processes or profiling.

Prior consent to the processing of voluntarily provided personal data may be expressed by clicking on a specific checkbox presented before the processing is carried out.
Source from which personal data originate
Only data provided by the data subject in accordance with this notice will be processed, collected through the website or by sending an e-mail by the data subject. Data from publicly accessible sources will not be processed.
Recipients and possible categories of recipients of personal data

Only the following categories of data will be processed:
- personal identification data, tax code, VAT number, registered office, residence, domicile, contact details such as e-mail, certified e-mail (PEC) and telephone numbers, images;
- data relating to the contractual relationship describing the type of contract, as well as information relating to its execution and necessary for the fulfilment of the contract itself;
- accounting data relating to the economic relationship, amounts due and payments, their periodic trend, and the summary of the accounting status of the relationship;
- data to better define the relationship with our organisation and to improve the effectiveness of our collaboration and operational efficiency;
- data relating to the profession carried out or about your company.
Transfer of data abroad
Personal data will not be transferred to recipients residing in third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations. Should it become necessary for technical or operational reasons to make use of entities located outside the European Union, or should it become necessary to transfer some of the data collected to technical systems and services managed in the cloud and located outside the European Union, the processing will be governed in accordance with Chapter V of the Regulation and authorised on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union.
All necessary precautions will therefore be taken to ensure the fullest protection of personal data, basing such transfer on:

Duration of processing and retention of personal data
The Controller, in accordance with Art. 5.1(e), will process the data provided for the entire duration of the execution of the requested services or for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations. The Controller reserves the right, in any case, to request the data subject to renew their consent to processing or to verify consent already given.
Optional nature of consent and consequences of withholding consent
With regard to personal data processed through browsing data and environmental variables in order to enable the correct use of the website, the communication of personal data is not a contractual obligation but is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller, as without such processing the website could not be made available in a fully functioning manner. With regard to account data, failure to consent will only result in the inability to provide the service. With regard to data voluntarily provided via e-mail, consent is to be considered optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to respond to data subjects.
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the data subject has the following rights:
13.1 Right to object
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. The Controller shall refrain from further processing the personal data unless they demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
13.2 Right of access
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and if so, to obtain access to the personal data and specific information, in accordance with Art. 15 of the GDPR.
13.3 Right to rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement, in accordance with Art. 16 of the GDPR.
13.4 Right to erasure, including the right to withdraw consent
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay, or to withdraw consent, if the grounds set out in Art. 17 of the GDPR apply. With regard to the right to withdraw consent, the data subject also has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal.
13.5 Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller restriction of processing where the conditions set out in Art. 18 of the GDPR apply.
13.6 Right to data portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller, in the cases and under the conditions specified in Art. 20 of the GDPR.
Exercise of rights
Requests to exercise the rights indicated in this notice, including in particular the right to erasure and the right to withdraw consent, should be addressed directly to the Controller at the e-mail address info@stradamoulds.it.
